Most funeral flower orders are delivered within 3–5 hours, depending on traffic conditions, flower preparation time, and the delivery location. Same-day delivery is available for most areas in Metro Manila.
We deliver across Metro Manila, and to selected nearby locations outside Metro Manila, subject to distance and accessibility. Please see our Delivery Information or location hub page for coverage details.
To ensure smooth processing, please provide:
- Full delivery or wake address
- Preferred delivery date
- Name of the deceased (if applicable)
- Venue name and room details (if available)
- A contact number for the venue or recipient (if available)
- Your condolence message (up to six words), which will be presented respectfully with the standing arrangement.

Yes. Many customers place orders on behalf of family members, friends, or organisations.
Same-day delivery may be available depending on the time the order is placed and flower availability. For urgent funeral flower deliveries, we recommend contacting us directly.

Arrangements are checked and documented before dispatch, and a delivery photo is taken upon arrival at the venue. This helps ensure the arrangement was prepared and delivered in proper condition.
