This page explains how order changes, cancellations, and refunds are handled for funeral and sympathy flower orders. Because these arrangements are time-sensitive and prepared close to delivery, certain limitations apply.
Order Changes
Requests to change an order may be accommodated if the arrangement has not yet entered preparation.
Once flowers are being prepared or have been dispatched for delivery, changes may be limited or no longer possible.
If you need to request a change, please contact us as soon as possible so we can check availability with the florist.
Order Cancellations
Cancellations may be accepted before preparation begins.
Once an arrangement has entered preparation or has been dispatched, cancellations may no longer be possible due to the nature of fresh flowers and delivery scheduling.
Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the status of the order at the time the request is made.
Refunds may be issued for orders cancelled before preparation begins.
Orders that have already been prepared or dispatched may not be eligible for a refund.
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Substitutes
Product images are representative. Exact flower varieties may vary depending on availability at the time of preparation.
When substitutions are necessary, care is taken to maintain the overall size, colour palette, and design intent of the arrangement.
Where possible, a photo of the prepared arrangement may be shared prior to delivery to confirm overall presentation.
Substitutions alone do not qualify an order for cancellation or refund.
